Holiday in South Tyrol: Simply go car-free!
Leave your car behind and use public transport for free, conveniently and flexibly. The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected cable cars, free of charge.
Prices shown are in Euro per apartment per day, VAT included.
Not included in the price: tourist tax of € 3,00 per day and person (children under 14 years excluded).
On the day of arrival you can to check into the apartments from 14:00. On the day of departure we ask you to check out of the apartments by 10:00.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after sending the deposit.

Cancellation Policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
We are delighted that you have chosen to spend your holiday at our property. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing you from traveling, the following conditions apply:
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation policy in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival; only the deposit will be retained.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booking price.
To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
